 Here at the Fresh POW Club, we’re all about riding this world together.  We want our members to be happy, just like walking out to  some sparkling snow after a storm.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Because our items are made to order and some are hand-detailed (yes, we’re basically artists with fabric), we can only allow EXCHANGES.

That’s right, folks! If your hoodie or hat doesn’t fit like a glove (or a cozy hug), you can swap it out for another one. Just make sure it’s in its original condition—no spaghetti sauce stains or mysterious pet hair, please! We love your pets, but they can’t come to the hoodie party.

You’ve got a 14-day return window( from when your item was received)  So, if you’re not feeling the love for your hoodie or hat, don’t wait too long!
